Apollo Limousine’s Terms and Conditions

·         Apollo Limousine accepts MasterCard, Visa, and American Express for your convenience.  If you would like to establish a
corporate or a personal account with Apollo Limousine in advance, please call our office to make all the necessary
arrangements.

·         A valid credit card is required to make a reservation. 

·         A 20% driver’s gratuity will be added to all fares.

·         An early fee of $15.00 will be added to all fares between the hours of midnight to 1:00am; $20.00 between 1:01am and 2:00 am; $30.00 between 2:01am and 4:00am;and $15 between 4:01 and 5:00am.

·         A holiday fee of $25.00 will be applied for the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day. Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve after 4:00 PM.       

·         All stops within route and in the same town of pick-up are $10.00 per stop.  All stops in route outside the pick-up town are an
additional $25.00 each stop.  Please advise dispatch of all stops in advance.

·       Due to rising gas costs, we are currently charging a fuel surcharge each way depending on the car used to transport your party.  A sedan is currently $4.00 each way, an 8-passenger limousine is $5.00 and a 10-passenger limousine is $8.00 each way.

·         a toll increase of $2.00 each way as of  Jan. 1st, 2008 ffrom  Massport

·         Apollo Limousine offers, free of charge, a twenty-five (25) minute waiting period after your flight arrives as reported by the airline for all domestic flights and a forty (40) minute waiting period for all International arrivals.  After the wait period is over, the fee for waiting is charged at $6.00 per five (5) minute increments.  Apollo Limousine does monitor all flights for arrival information and depends on the Massport and the FAA government agencies.  Apollo Limousine takes no responsibility for incorrect information or mistakes made by these agencies.

Cancellation Policy

·         A cancellation fee equal to the proposed trip cost plus 20% service fee will be applied to all reservations cancelled within 3 hours of the scheduled pick-up time.  Cancellations made within 4-6 hours will be charged 50% of the proposed trip cost.  Cancellations over 6 hours will not be charged.  We suggest all customers advise us of all cancellations or any reservation changes as soon as possible to avoid additional fees or cancellation fees.
 

Apollo Limousine, Inc. shall not be liable for circumstances beyond our control including weather conditions, breakdowns or closing of roadways due to accidents.

Apollo Limousine, Inc. assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged personal belongings, nor for any articles left in any of our vehicles.
